Just seeing now that the Brazil Museum has burned. Totally tragic that all those artifacts are gone forever.
Apparently Firefighters were not even able to access water from hydrants and had to go and get it from a nearby lake.
So terribly sad that this is gone forever from dinosaur skeletons, Egyptian and Roman artifacts as well as all info related to Brazil itself.

Re: Museum
Haven't heard any updates but it is always so awful when we lose history. Not like you can run out and replace it.
I did hear that apparently this museum used to be a mansion. Am thinking it would have sure been something to see.
