Just sharing some of Roy's photos from S Francisco.....the first couple are just random showing

block is a lighthouse and the big building at bottom left is wardens block.

When finished at Alcatraz he had a break and something to eat then

went for his Gocar hire, this one I took from google now this is the

part I've laughed at all morning, he got himself in trouble, while he was out in the Gocar the

first rule was not to go on freeway or Golden Gate Bridge......well the GPS was not great and

guess where he landed right at the bridge , he realised the mistake and pulled over, he

thought on phoning the Gocar company for help to get him off but just at that a message

came from the bridge t annoy loud and clear to him saying " do not move repeating do not

move " he could see folk in the booth and guessed it was them telling him not to move, just

seconds later came by a truck , stopped and had a few words with him, next they had to stop

2/3 lanes of traffic to allow Roy to turn and they escorted him off with all blue lights flashing.

I can just imagine Roy's face beaming red with this, its something he will not forget in a

hurry.........this is the Golden Gate Bridge after he was off

Wonderfull Kiya, I bet his face was a picture, but at least he will never forget his experience. Anyway looks like he is having a great time.

Horus, I wish I could have seen it happening ...he is enjoying it very much.

He did go down Lambard St with the Gocar but was very slow but, I'd expect it would be with

all the zig zags.

Today I think he said he's going to walk the Golden Gate, there is a walk path & he said

something of a circle path.....not sure what he meant by circle whether you walk so far turn &

come back ?

Great that he is enjoying himself, is he with friends?

Horus no he is by himself, none of his friends could get off or holidays booked at different times.

I have no idea where my post on this went........but good to know he is having a blast! Am sure he is. Ask him if he has seen all the sea lions that are on the docks down by Wharf Street. I found them fascinating to watch and listen too.

Definitely the streets there are UP and DOWN and ZIG ZAG!

Am also sure Roy's face will red up telling and re-telling his GoCar story for years to come. An adventure he'll never forget though!
