Mystery in the making

Seems to me there is something pretty evil and nefarious happening here on the Island.

About a month ago a young 30 something left for work and didn't arrive. They found his work truck still running on a remote road but so far no sign of him or his body. No history of substance use/abuse and he has a wife and young family so definitely out of character for him to just disappear.

A couple weeks ago the last photo of an elderly woman shows her filling her car with gas prior to her just vanishing. Her car has been found but no sign of her or why she would rapidly disappear.

Yesterday a young man came to work, took the work truck and left for a job. He never arrived which caused a search. The work truck has now been found but no sign of him at all.

This seems now to be happening every couple of weeks here. Definitely not good at all. There have been no warnings issued to the general public by RCMP but have the feeling that soon we will be hearing something although our New Media definitely tends to down play things like this and definitely under reports.

Definitely yes.

We had the dad with the running truck and that has brought out search teams for several weeks with nothing returned.

Then the elderly woman but lots of querying did she have dementia, did she just wander off ?? That sort of questioning but they have searched extensively but now this young man who showed up to work, took the work truck to go to the job and now disappeared totally too make it more than just chance.

Sure doesn't sound nice or good.

To me it means that I am now NOT going to stop for help for a perceived emergency on the highway or respond to anybody presenting 'in crisis'.....

Sad but seems this is the way our world is going.

These events coupled with the mystery feet have all the makings of a horror movie. Awful when it's real life.

Horror Movie in the making does come to mind.

Our news media here is basically government run so while we get the "news" we often do not get ALL the news. Our new media always tamps stuff down out of the fear the public will panic if they're given full knowledge. We have some but not a lot of commentators offering discussion with their points of view so sometimes something can be happening but it doesn't come to public awareness (like all the feet) until it is a huge matter.

IMO three bodies (particularly the two men who were normal regular working men with families) is sufficient coincidence in and of itself but throw in a third person (senior lady) and it become a much higher level concern.

Am sure more than me are putting two and two together and coming up with four but it just hasn't been officially released yet.

I haven't been home since early morning so just catching up with the News now and IMO it is NOT good. ANOTHER missing person. This is the fourth missing person who is a legit working sane sensible person......not good at all and way more than coincidence

This is the news report:

An 18-year-old man who left his family’s central home on the weekend is the focus of a search by RCMP.

Police say Daniel Little left the home after 10 p.m. Sunday night and has not been seen or heard from since.

RCMP say Little is considered a responsible young man with full-time employment and does not have any known health or personal issues.

Little has never gone missing before.

Police say Little does not have a driver’s license and uses either his bicycle or scooter to get around and both are at his family’s house.

The family has tried repeatedly to reach Little by phone, but it has not been activated for the past 24 hours.

RCMP say he is described as a 5’2″ white male, weighing 140 pounds with short dark hair and the picture provided is recent.

If anyone has information on Little’s whereabouts, you are asked to call RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Extra scary! :o

How about where they actually lived or worked in relation to each other?

@MD - The first fellow is about 1 hour drive south of me. Family man, father of a couple kids. Went to work and they even found his truck still running on the side of the road. Probably late 30ies.

Second fellow was from a community about an hour and a half drive north of me. Young man, 22 yrs old with a description of being very stable and liked.

This man is from here in the community I live in.

I can think where the elderly lady was from (forget) and she was last seen on camera getting gas in her car.

Far as I can tell the only connection between the men is that it was all early morning when they 'disappeared' the elderly lady is the different one in that she wasn't working or male but just that she also disappeared in the time frame.

Getting spooky and definitely scary. No official statements have been made yet and our News Media won't necessary broadcast anything until absolutely pushed to do so and maybe there are facts unknown to me that make these completely unrelated and isolated incidents but when people start disappearing like this ........???? (not good)
