I've been hearing the word "woke" lots lately i.e. Are you woke? You need to be woke. He/She is woke.
Had to Google it and apparently it is the new word used to describe that you are sensitive to racial discrimination in society today.
Is that a word being used in your neck of the woods today?
Are you woke?
Are you WOKE?

Re: Are you WOKE?
I have never heard the word used in the context as you describe LLL.
Apparently, the word is already in the Oxford English Dictionary with the new meaning 'to be aware' compared with the traditional meaning 'to wake'' past tense.
