Wow - a mass shooting in Las Vegas. Another tragedy with extreme loss of life. Almost beyond words what has been happening the last few days.

And the stupid yanks STILL won't do anything about their gun laws

At least Obama gave it a try

If they MUST have guns then just small arms for personal protection and ammunition on license. All larger weapons at gun clubs only and then stored in secure cabinets.

The problem is that in their constitution, I think it is the 5th amendment, gives them “the right to bear arms” a much misinterpreted phrase used to mean what the person quoting it wants it to mean, a bit like hadiths in the Koran.

Actually the Hadiths aren't in the Koran, but separate.

All academic to the thrust of the argument, but lets correct it and say “a bit like hadiths and the Koran.

Something like 59 dead and 500 injured. Totally tragic. Also sounds like the shooter was well prepared with a plan.
