Not quite :roll: most were originally clad in a white 'Tura' limestone casing, but this has either fallen off, or been robbed in antiquity, revealing the blocks underneath :)

Just a few corrections:-

Any collection of tombs is known as a necropolis - which literally means city of the dead

The Assyrian calendar predates the Egyptian calendar

The Egyptian name for Egypt was Kemet - meaning the Black Land. Misr comes from the Hebrew name for Egypt - Mizraim.
