RIP Bob Hoskins
The actor Bob Hoskins has died aged 71, I liked him very much, a much better example than some of the Cockney tossers we usually hear about. I wonder how long it will be before someone claims him as a personal friend of theirs.

I will remember in particular Bobs wonderful performance in Dennis Potter's, Pennies From Heaven in 1978. Super character actor with a very extensive film and TV career.

My favourite was 'Mona Lisa', and I could watch that again and again! He had been suffering from Parkinson's for a couple of years. He is much missed already.
