Yesterday afternoon we had brief thunderstorm for about 10 mins with huge black clouds looking rather spooky at the time. Soon afterwards the sun shone & my first glimpse of rainbows this year....

What appeals to me about water photos is the reflection ability. I've seen some totally fantastic mountain shots where the mountains, trees etc are all mirrored back on the water.
