Just an update on what my diagnoses turned out to be. Seems that as we get old (and, of course, that couldn't be me) the metatarsal bone just falls down and 'we' need orthotics to push it back up....
Gettting a pedicure is, for me, the next best thing to a massage. Love the feel of my feet when the pedicure is done. One of the truly best ones I ever had was at the salon (can't remember the name)...
